My Wife rescued these two from a work site where a bridge is being taken down. they were just babies then (about 4 weeks ago). It's amazing how fast they grow. He flew from my shoulder over to the cage. He seemed to land on it funny, and started favoring his left foot. The photo was taken while she was in Les' care. She was one of Les' garden pigeons and she was attacked by a cat while nesting on the ground and lost a large portion of her scalp and her eyelid. She sought Les out for help. She has made a wonderful recovery and uses her third eyelid to protect her eye. Amazingly the eye itself was not damaged.
