I knew he was coming and so I had the incubator ready. He is actually 6 days old although no bigger than a 2 day old baby. He was found, as a newly laid egg. The egg had been laid in a nest on a balcony at a hotel. When the family staying at the motel found out the nest and egg would be destroyed, they decided to bring the egg home with them and try to incubate it. She's been a huge help. A baby wood pigeon fell out of the tree in the high winds on 25th August. He was only about 6 days old, but we thankfully found Cynthia's website which showed us what to do.
