Notice to humanity, and especially to pigeon lovers. The crisis has just begun and we have only just started to fight back... our world has been plagued with human misunderstanding and hatred. As Ghandi once said, "we must be the change we want to see in the world." or something like that...He always stood for passive resistence. One cannot fight violence with violence, or the sad cycle of hate only continues. people seeking pigeons as friends and allies in this epic fight against violence and hate are the true champions of this world. Pigeons have been called the"rats of the sky" and "dirty." Pigeons are one of the least respected animals on this earth, but this is only a result of misunderstanding. Those who fight for the rights of a pigeon fight for the rights of all sentient being including humans. Those who are patient enough and willing to love a pigeon, are patient enough and pure enough to love any being. The one who is willing to devote a like to such a hated and misunderstood being is the kind of change i want to see. We are all living, breathing, eating and drinking. so, "love thy neighbor" (jesus). love thy neighbor who perches atop the roof on your gutter looking for scraps. This neighbor will never hurt you.
