Pigeons in need of foster/adoption in Philadelphia, PA (US)

Hey, on a side note: the Schuylkill Valley Rescue Center is a great place! I've worked with them some over my years as a parrot breeder and with our bird clubs in the area. They know what they are doing and are very reputable. If you took your pigeon there, she is in good hands! They would never just release her if she was too imprinted.
