I just found this story on WalesOnline. This columnist was walking to work and passed some people throwing a pigeon around. He didn't bother helping the pigeon but he did take the time to write about it.

Shame on the writer, but more shame on the publisher that allowed that to go to print.

What a disgrace and absolute shame.
