Spot the odd one out! DSCNB3110-r550

Yes, she's a dove, probably an escaped pet because she's VERY tame. (Is she a collared dove?)
She was adopted by a flock of feral pigeons and the old gents who habitually feed them named her Lolita. What a lovely sight! Tickled Pink

Yep, looks like a collared dove to me. And what a little cutie she is.
Wonderful photos, Teresa. Spot the odd one out! 52853
They remind me of big brothers watching out for little sister.

It is in deed, Euro-Asian collared dove. I have in my garden visiting African Mourning (Collared-) Doves from time to time and they are looking the same except bit bigger.

Thank you both for the confirmation.
They're such a lovely sight together -- wouldn't it be nice if people could set their differences apart too?... Hmmm

They visit our backyard on occasion.
In fact, it was one of those occasions that a ring neck (collared) dove probably saved Whitefeather's life. One began feeding her when I was at a loss as what to do.
I'm 100% confident she knew we (me and Whitefeather) needed Spot the odd one out! 649643 big time.
It was truly an incredible and most welcome sight.
