| Freezer the seed for 48 hrs. I've found this is the easiest way. | |

| Are the seeds still good to feed even if the weebles are gone? | |

| I will answer my own question. I just spoke with a friend who used to sell rice & seeds (back in Asia). When weebles or moth worms attack, they just had to spread the seeds under sunlight for a day or 2 - these insects will die or go find a shade, then strain the seeds. As long as the seeds does not smell fowly dust, they should be fine. Then store seeds back to any air tight container. Ziploc won't work. These insects could get through the plastics. | |

Thanks for this advise Robin. I will do that to my pigeon candy that I purchase by little bags that should squeeze in my freezer. | |

| I've had that happen a couple times. I returned the bag with the contents to where I purchased it at and they had no problem giving me another 'bug free' bag. | |
