Does anyone know if Fescue or any other similar grass safe for pigeons? I was
thinking of putting a sod (1 ft. x 1ft.) in their cage so that they can
at least feel what grass is and it may also make them busy pecking on
it.....

Feeling great Happy Laughing

All of our flights are grass & a mixture of clover the pigeons love to peck around in it and after we cut it they collect the grass for their nest. I love it/them

If you are purchasing sod make sure they don't use any fertilizer on it or your pijjies could become very ill.

Just wanted to add that I also pick grass for the doves to use, it keeps them busy. That's too funny
