I hope so, too! For the sake of animals, and not only -- what some people don't realise is that animal abuse usully leads to human abuse, and both are unacceptable in a civilised society.

It could set a president for other cities, states, countries. I sure hope so.

Good article Charis. I hope it passes also. Time they had something like this. I do think that they should be on the list for more than 5 years though.
