Hi all just wanted to show you a few dewlaps i bred this year, these are a diving pigeon and i have 2 types adana and mfatel just started with this breed this year and love them. I have shown a few at the shows but also i fly a few and there getting real good now so enjoy

I've never heard of a dewlap pigeon. Very pretty birds, Paul. Thank you for sharing the photos with us.

Interesting breed! I had never even heard the name, either. Are they bred as show birds or for their flight? They look very streamlined, like they would fly fast.

They are bred for flying and diving very fast :) but i do show a few at the shows over here :)

Ah, I guessed right! That should mean they're safer than most when there are hawks around...

I would like to think so yes, at least these birds stand a chance to escape a halk attack :)
