Closing Permanently in October Avitrol Corporation has announced that it will shutdown permanently on October 31, 2010, and discontinue the manufacture of the Avitrol bird control product line. Existing stocks of the product can continue to be used as labeled for pest bird management.  | |

I'm glad to hear the plant has closed. How did you find out about this? Existing stock, as in what the pest control companies already have? | |

| I recieved an email from Erik at Ovocontrol. I Googled it and read it's true Yes...I believe that existing stock can be used until gone.  That's the sad part. | |

| This is great news that this company is shutting down and hopefully no one will try to continue what the company was doing. It makes me sick to think how people can invent poisons and then convince other people that poisoning animals is the way to go.  | |
