baby pigeon is odd !!

Hello im new to this forum...as i found a baby pigeon 7 days ago. He was in a nest on my roof i suspect and i found him on the path below.I picked him up and put him in a cat basket, fed him defrosted peas n corn..all was well with his poo..white and green soft and frormed if you know what i mean?From day one i noticed he leans to the side , where his wing is held higher and his head also goes a tad to this side, when i set him down he rolls to this side and his tail almost turns to counterbalance him, the same side.He does flap both wings and trys to fly.
I took him to a vet he said its fine , he is just a baby, now im worried he has something wrong ..as ive just spent the last 3 hours reading threads on this forum. His poo is now watery ..sometimes smelly..sometimes semi soft. The biggest problem is that i live in Cyprus, not a lot of vets will treat birds especially Pigeons !!. Does anyone have any idea of what his problem is ?? He is eating well, but wont drink from a bowl, so i place the peas in water for him to peck. i guess he is about 15-20 days old .

How is the baby doing now? Is his poop still softer than it should be? If you have a chance, please post photos of the baby and the poops, also when you say you put the peas in water, are those dried peas or defrosted peas?
