Please keep in mind, that just because a veterianarian is on this list, doesn't mean they will treat Pigeons ...neither does it mean that the veterinarian is any better qualified than a general prtactice veterinarian that has treated birds in his/her practice for many years and is very comfortable having birds as patients.

Once you find a veterinarian, if you feel uneasy with any recommendations made, listen to your gut feeling and get a second opinion if possible. Remember that not all veterinarians understand Pigeon illness.
