I like the idea of a pigeon day! I'll definitely celebrate it next year, though I'm not sure about dressing up as one -- I mean, it would be bound to ruffle the Town Hall's feathers!

Don't you just get the yawns when you see that mindless phrase 'rats with wings' repeated? Especially when we consider who coined it, a sad loser who fancied his own daughter!
