| Photos look almost ... un-real in their beauty. I checked twice if this is not some of your new paintings Petra. | |

| Beautiful pictures. I suspect they will be sleeping in your livingroom for a long time to come, if you allow them to. | |

| You manage to capture the most beautiful moments!
Are they mates or is this sibling love? or both?
Some years ago a friend brought me a sick squeaker from a feral flock. A few days later she brought another. As they were from the same flock and had the same symptoms I quarantined them together and as soon as they saw each other they ran towards each other and started preening each other. I had heard before that nest siblings shared a deep affection for each other but had never witnessed it before.

How is that! Although Dolly and Dumpling were never separated and reunited, they also never left each others side. Wherever Dolly went, Dumpling followed. They have become sibling/love mates.

| They are brother and sister. In the evening Pina is always the first to come in - and in most cases it takes another hour until Peppi thinks he is ready to come home. And then the greeting starts: it sometimes takes several minutes until they finish their duet. They then disappear into the cardbox and you can hear a lot of rumbling and scratching, and some more singing. It's very funny. In the morning when they get up and want to go outside they both fly from the closet to the ground and loiter in front of the balcony door to tell me that they want to get out. Then I open the door, they fly to the balustrade to have a short check who is there and how the weather is like and then they come in again to have their breakfast. Well - they need some petrol for their dayflights - right? | |

| Cute! I think they are no longer balcony Pigeons but rather house Pigeons. | |

| They are so sweet, and they have a great life - better than a feral pidge would even dream of | |
