The "observant" City Hall staff have missed the fact that there must be, or must have been at some poiint, two adult doves. Oh brother

I'm glad to hear that Doris and Boris' home will remain intact until Boris is old enough to be on his own.

Yep! There definitely had to be two parents.

And after laying a clutch of eggs, she is now proud mother to a chick, nicknamed Boris
I wonder what became of the other baby. confused
