Emergency need advice for totally blind pigeon kid

Hi all ,


In my balcony in India , one couple laid eggs near a corner in the slab.

They happily breed them to youth. but when this time they laid eggs only one survived and that bird is blind.
That baby bird is grown a lot but isn't able to fly / walk . It walks round and round to reach a distance. The couple still feeds them. The baby bird's eyes are in mess , both eyes have a thick layer of died skin looks like wound. Don't know how to help. I want to take it to the Doctor but I want to know if I take it to the Doctor and put ointment/medicine will the couple continue feeding the kid or I will have to feed it. Very sad
