| Petey still isn't doing any better. I have now had him in solitary 3 separate times and he is still causing problems. He will nest with his hen until she lays eggs, then he ignores her and spends his time chasing other birds. Then he'll start another nest again. The last time I removed him from the loft, he was cornering a bird in the aviary to attack it even with me standing there chasing him off. Most of my birds that I have paired have done so well with each other. Perhaps he really isn't happy with his hen because he didn't have a choice of mates? I feel badly that I don't have the space to just let them all pair themselves. That would probably be a lot easier. I have him back in my house again at the moment. | |
