Her head bath was pretty good timing as I was just about to pick the water bowl up and change it.

Thank you. I'm delighted that Caleb loves the pigeons....somewhat surprised he wants one of his own. I'm not totally convinced he understands the committment involved.
He's come a long way from being embarrased of having his friends find out pigeons share this house, and his mother is ...to actually loving the pigeons himself and not feeling embarassment at all.

A little less shy of her first hatch date and while in my care, Angel has laid her first egg. She is very proud.
Mother and egg are doing great.

But I'm sure she'll be delighted.

Rochell just picked her up and she was surprised with all of it. It will take some getting used to...having Angel devote so much of her time to the...egg.

Minutes ago, I had a call from Rochell, that Angel laid a second egg.

That photo is so sweet! Angel looks like she is very devoted to her egg.

She is, Robin. She loves that egg. I was handing her pieces of timothy hay and she was so cute to accept each piece from me and tuck it under herself.
