During our 3 AM cuddle this morning I noticed our little Precious has pin feathers starting to grow just.
They make her crop look as though she has a 5 oclock shadow!
I'm glad to say that it seems as though the lump hasn't gotten any larger and she is now eating 5 ml. of formula. She has become very observant and enjoys watching TV & the dogs plus doing a bit of preening herself from the comfort of my hubbys nice warm hands!

Robin.........Thank you so very much for the video..........Precious is the cutest,most adorabe little baby.
You can see at the beginning of the video how she is really trying to get up on her feet. She'll be doing that before you know it. She seems so alert and perky.......she is just so wonderful
She appears to be peeping up a storm, loved your music, but wish I could have heard her little voice.

I'm curious When would be appropriate to begin gradually mixing in some small seeds with the formula - considering her age and condition

She still has the lump on her neck, though it seems to be shrinking.
I would be worried that the lump might stop her from being able to swallow seeds.

I'm glad she's growing. In the first days of a baby Pigeons life, they nearly double in size each day and so our little Precious has some catching up to do. I'm confident she will.
Every day, increase the amount of formula 1cc, if she can tolerate it.... could be you will be able to increase her formula amount even more.
